Through out the years I have been interested in the juxtaposition of objects. Assemblage, whether it is the Dada of Marcel Duchamp or the seriousness of Joseph Cornell, it has been an influence all my life. Here I present my more recent assemblage pieces delving into the feminist mystique. Using some found objects and some fabricated sculptural elements that bring to mind the delicacy of the human body, disease, decay and the struggle of life. I am also fascinated by human senses being receptors and representing metaphysical imagery using discarded satellite discs as the base.
