Begley's first foray into an extensive series was the "UFO Series" which were space-scapes inspired by extraterrestrial themes. "Incubation" (oil on canvas) won best of show at The Schweinfurth "Made in New York" exhibition in 2012. It was also licensed for a CD cover for artist Ani DiFranco for a Bootleg release.
